Human Resource

Today generic corporate functions like Finance, Human Resources & Legal cut across all industries and are increasingly holding more strategic importance than ever before. Search & Recruitment

The selection process may entail all or a combination of advertisement on behalf of clients, sourcing from databank of professionals and referrals by clients and/or through other sources. It is appropriate to use the selection process when exercise is simultaneous for large number of junior/ middle/ senior positions, geographical spread of recruitment is wide or the client wishes to initiate a discrete, selective, indirect corporate visibility exercise.
For top management and/or /critical/sensitive positions where a quality response needs to be researched carefully and confidentially we advise a search exercise.

Search Methodology

Our selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive, detailed and target oriented. This process begins with understanding the client’s needs and goes all the way to post recruitment follow-up with both client and candidate. The key principles of our search methodology focus on

Understanding the client organization with regard to existing business activities, organisation structure, culture and future growth plans

Mapping position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities and other relevant details

Developing a Sourcing Strategy that draws up a target list of appropriate industries and/or companies from which to recruit and utilizing our network, along with our database to develop a list of most promising candidates within these companies. This is presented to the client as a comprehensive list of people we intend to approach.

Establishing Contact once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates. Candidates are contacted and apprised of the opportunity for eliciting their interest in the position.

Evaluating candidates with the aim of determining a profile match with the job, their career aspirations and suitability in the context and culture of client organisation.

Detailed Reference Checks on candidate(s) who have been selected for hire, before the offer is formally extended. If required, we could also help conduct a background check on these candidates, through appropriate agencies.

Negotiations for the final candidate’s compensation requirements and if required, assist in completing the hiring arrangements.

Post joining follow- ups with the client and candidate ensuring smooth transition

Vaishali K (Managing Consultant) is a Graduate in Hindi (Hons.) from Delhi University with PG Diploma in Public Relation in 1995 from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, N.Delhi with diploma in Fashion designing from South Delhi Polytechnic in 1998 with over 3 yrs. of professional experience in Home furnishing Industry.

Sharad Srivastava is a post graduate in Management from M.D.University, Rohtak (1991-1993) with specialization in Marketing and has over 14 years of work experience inn Flexible Packaging, Textiles, Human Resources, Education and Market Research based consultancy. His Diverse experience spans home furnishings in textiles industry - both Greenfield and Brownfield projects. He knows the pulse of this industry and is one of the sought after names in the textiles industry. He has a rich experience of exports, imports, merchandising, marketing, HR and recruitments, instrumentation, machinery, etc. He has given consultancy to Dubai and Middle East based retail companies in various aspects of business and HR policies. His market research experience spans in the arena of textiles, retail, infrastructure, HR, Customer Satisfaction, etc.

Sumeet Chaudhri is a Multi Talented Person, having a well defined personality, with over Fifteen Years of vast hands-on experience In Human Resources & Service Industry. Specialist in secondary & primary research on a global basis. Exposure & proven expertise in recruitment & executive search. Experience & exposure in training & operations for the K.P.O., B.P.O., Hospitality & Entertainment Industries.
